1. There are mainly 6 types of Huade radio shuttles available: Standard type, High-performanced type, Cold storage type, ASRS type, Pallet mover type.

2. There’s no restriction on the pallet depth, but we recommend the depth of the racking should be within 50-pallet deep.

Pallet Shuttle Storage?System:

Racking components can be assembled and disassemble quickly with on the detailed assembly drawing and simple instructions. For HUADE automated storage systems, we supply not only the systems, but also the electric control system and software WMS to optimize the space and enhance the management level in the warehouses.

1. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: We are closed to Nanjing port. All the products will be shipped by the feeder vessal from Nanjing port to Shanghai port to catch the mother vessel there. If you need the goods to be shipped quickly, we are able to send the goods by trailer on road to Shanghai.


2. Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes of course. We will let you know the status of the order and send pictures.

3. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes,samples are available. We provide the small sized samples free of charge but without freight. For some complete samples, we charge them but will refund by next order.

4. Q: Is Galvanized Finish available for pallet racks?
A: Yes, the pallet rack uprights, horizontal braces, diagonal braces, base plates, shim plates can be galvanized.
